Shipping
Shipments are made worldwide, excluding certain countries considered to be at risk.

Customs and duties

Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract, within the period of 7 days from the delivery of the purchased goods.
In case the Buyer decides to make use of the right of withdrawal, he/she must give notice to the seller by e-mail to lalame@cgn.legalmail.it within 7 days from the delivery of the purchased goods.
The product must be returned using the courier service designated by the Seller, in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, complete with accessories and with the security seal intact, within 14 days of receipt.
The return shipment must be insured for the full value, with all related costs covered by the Buyer.
In the event of a refund to the buyer, the amount paid by the seller for shipping to the customer, including the cost of any insurance, will be retained.
The Seller will refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the returned item.
If the returned product does not meet the above mentioned conditions, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the Buyer at their expense, including shipping and insurance costs.
